lovely balcony view helpful staff nearby waterfalls limited menu unstreamlined processes overpriced hotel
the room had a lovely balcony view. the staff, including jishnu, nihas, and haishi, were friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the driver who took me to nearby waterfalls.
the food menu lacked variety. the processes are not streamlined. i felt the hotel was overpriced by 30-40%.

a somewhat disappointing experience
lizard issue clogged shower drain
the staff was polite.
i had to change rooms twice. there was a lizard in one room, and another room had a clogged shower drain. cleanliness was lacking, and i noticed stains on the bedsheets in several rooms.

dirty bedsheets underwhelming breakfast
the room was spacious with a view of the falls from the balcony (i really enjoyed it).
the cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations, and i saw stains on the bedsheets. when i asked for the room to be cleaned, a staff member entered the shower room with his shoes. also, the breakfast lacked variety and quality for the price i paid.

a stay among the clouds
balcony view clean room delicious food
The view from the balcony was amazing. it showcased the waterfall in such a romantic way. the rooms were clean and spacious. everything we needed was right there. I felt pampered. the food was delicious. I savored every meal. the staff accommodated our late arrival, and they made sure we had dinner, so thoughtful.
the limited lunch menu offered only a few local choices. i wished for a wider variety, especially for western palates.

the staff was helpful and attentive at all times. they suggested places to visit and also provided the best times to go. their assistance certainly enhanced our experience at the hotel.

Acceptable stay with some significant issues
clogged shower drain bed sheet stains
The location offers a view of the falls.
I had some issues . The shower drain was clogged. My wife waited about 30 minutes before we could switch rooms. there was a general lack of cleanliness and maintenance. I saw stains on the bedsheets.
